  D'oh!  Right.

  I'd be OK with not installing them, then.  They aren't really  
useful outside of making sure CGI is configured OK, and they aren't  
particularly interesting examples.  Or don't install printenv and  
have test-cgi print less info; maybe just SERVER_NAME,  
SERVER_PROTOCOL, and SERVER_PORT.  That's enough to show that things  
are working.
