No.  The above system is an Origin200 225QC (225 MHz processors with 2
MB full-speed secondary cache).  The system described in patch #9 is an
original Origin200 (180 MHz processors with 1 MB 2/3-speed secondary
cache).  The former is much faster than the latter.

Apache with my patches is faster than FastTrack 3.02 and Zeus 1.3 on the
same system.

Both tuning and code changes contribute to the performance increase.

I have endeavored to explain that in the tuning guide found in patch #9.
