Yes, but this is only for situations where the HTTP client is utilizing
all available keep-alive requests. If you have squid in http-accel mode,
you're likely to want a large MKAR. This in turn means a small MRPC (like
4 in my case). If you also have browsers or other non-squid clients coming
into the web server, then this becomes an annoyance. If you are using an
apache that just talks to browsers, then of course this formula won't work
at all.

This isn't the end of the world, and if a fix can't get in, such is life.
Hopefully a documentation fix would be enough, because I'd hate to see
other people spend 2 weeks debugging like I have.
