Okay, I reextracted and Apache builds fine on AIX 4.2.1 and AIX 4.3.2
using
./configure --prefix=/tmp/apache --enable-shared=max
--enable-module=most

HEAD extract builds fine on win32 using nmake -f makefile.nt installr
