And you need my proposed patch to `configure' to be able to use
--disable-module=vhost_alias! This _HAS_ to go into 1.3.9, I think. What's the
commit state for apache-1.3?  Are we allowed to commit or what's the state?
I've to say that I'm more than confused by the current situation...
