Nope, I only reviewed the source a while ago. Last time I checked,
the following topics had not been addressed:

a) the new http://[0123:4567:89ab:cdef:0123:4567:89ab:cdef]:8001/path
   syntax which avoids ambiguities between ':' in IP6-Addr and ':' in
   port specification (recent change)
b) the parsing of the possible abbreviations
      ::1234
      cdef::0123:4567
   as IP6 addresses (parse_uri stuff)

But I've got to study the current patch before voting, anyway.
