A little off topic, but ...

Yes, set ScriptAlias for each directory you
wish to give your end-users the ability to
execute scripts within.

The appropriate newsgroup would be one of -
comp.infosystems.www.servers.*

Where * is one of ms-windows, mac, misc, or unix.
