Yes, I've to admit that 1.4 sounds reasonable when we think about the changes.
And now that we've already decided that the "next-generation" Apache is is
v2.0, why not name the next 1.4..... Yes, +1 for an 1.4b1->1.4.0 cycle in a
few weeks.
