Yes, of course! When you enable EAPI you get just the context- and hook-stuff,
etc. And when EAPI_MM=/path/to/mm is present, shared memory support is
additionally available and this way also the shared memory pools.  All shared
memory pool patches in alloc.c are surrounded with "#if defined(EAPI) &&
defined(EAPI_MM)"...
