Subject AIX compiling bugs.

Okay, I have looked into the SHARED_CORE problem with compiling Apache on
AIX.  This is a non-issue.  The SHARED_CORE option is provided, according
to the docs, because some platforms require it in order to enable dso's.
AIX does not require the SHARED_CORE option in order to do dso's, so it
_should_ never be used.  What we should do IMO, is have src/Configure not
allow SHARED_CORE on AIX.  I am including a patch to do this.
