Are we all looking at -

http://www.apache.org/docs/mod/mod_actions.html

I believe this falls under the Documentation efforts, where
the mod_actions reference page could use a little more detail -
especially 'what intent' are the examples supposed to show?

One could 'assume' that -

    Script GET /cgi-bin/search

Could be inferred as -

    Script GET http://some.other.host/cgi-bin/search

But my question would be - What 'resource' is
actually being GET'ed here?  Would 'any ' GET /resource qualify?
