Subject Re: apache binaries for MacOS

| where can i find the binaries for running apache on macos 7.6.x and
| higher on a powerpc.

Apache does not run on any current version of the Mac OS. Tenon
Intersystems sells a version of Apache that runs in a (trasparent)
Mach environment on Mac OS. This may interest you. See:

	http://www.tenon.com/products/webten/

for more information. Mac OS X Server will ship with Apache built-in.
Mac OS X (ten, due late next year) will likely include an Apache server
as well; at least you should be able to obtain a free Apache for it
then. In the meantime, your web server options on Mac OS include
AppleShare IP (which includes a web server), WebStar, and WebTen.
