This is right and system where sizeof(long)=sizeof(int)=sizeof(short)=sizeof(char)
will be 100% ANSI C compatible but AFAIK all systems with Apache port has
sizeof(long)>=4 (and BTW Win32 & Linux (I bet FreeBSD as well while I'm not
100% sure) has sizeof(long)==4).
