A quick correction (or clarification, at least) for the mod_rewrite
documentation.  Below the chart showing the Rule/Condition processing, a
sentence states:

"Instead we first create a string TestString by
     expanding variables, back-references, map lookups, etc. and then we
try to match TestPattern against it. "

Yet "TestPattern" is nowhere to be found on the diagram.  It might not be
clear to readers exactly what's being referred to here.
