Please do add all the WebDAV methods. I'd say throw in all the ones from
any other HTTP extension
efforts as well. Make it easy for people to build test platforms so the
extensions are actually useful.

Has any thought been put into making Apache 2.0 able to handle adding
methods and a handler for the method so that experimental protocol work
woulf be real easy. The fixups hook has been letting me do webdav
experiments quite nicly in 1.3 though. Nice clean code in the core that
doesn't get in the way even though it doesn't know what the HTTP method
does. Nice job.
