Well, either the table can be told to take up less real estate,
or the font can be reduced.  See if the changed version for the latter at
<http://Web.Golux.Com/~devsite/bugdb-policies.html> looks any better.
If it does, I'll commit it.  It uses CSS and HTML 4.0, though..
