Because stuff like updating dependencies, using the debugger, etc. are a
royal pain if you can't load it into visual studio.  

Besides, if we hope to get more "nt-nt" developers then we need to let
them use the tools they are used to; this way we only have to maintain the
visual studio stuff, then the makefile can be automatically generated from
that.
