That would be ideal, somewhere I can get to from my taz account.  You
should also build, using your build environment, a 1.3.0 version and see if
*that's* vulnerable; it's possible that you built your server with
different libraries and all than the apache1_3_0 binary was built.

Correct.  A simple "deny from all" suffices.
