*Only* the source? Then that's right -- README-NT.TXT isn't part of the
source.

All the stuff you need to make Apache (minimally) work. No source, module
DLLs, manual, icons, etc.

In detail, it consists of:

  - Program Executables
      Top level files (Apache.exe, ApacheCore.dll, ABOUT_APACHE, KEYS, 
      LICENSE, README-NT.TXT, etc)

  - Configuration Files
      conf\*

  - Installer DLL
      install.dll

  - Shared DLLs
      MSVCRT.DLL

  - Initial Document Root Files
      htdocs\index.html, htdocs\apache_pb.gif
