Subject multiple bugs in http_protocol.c
Date Tue, 21 Jul 1998 10:33:04 GMT
This is just a heads up for what I am working on.

Some stuff was added on 5/20 to handle generating errors from aborted
request reads (URI-too-long, timeout, etc.) which is bogus. That part
of http_protocol (actually, any part of http_protocol) cannot make
calls on ap_die -- the request hasn't even been set up yet -- and
sure as hell shouldn't be returning the same as "no request received"
for the main request loop.

Partially aborted requests need to go through the normal request
handling loop in http_main so that the buffers won't get screwed.
This probably means faking things so that the error response message is
delayed until ap_process_request() is called.
