OK, so I can define HAVE_MMAP and USE_MMAP_FILES, but I can't do 
USE_MMAP_SCOREBOARD.  The problem I'm running into is that Rhapsody 
doesn't allow you to use MAP_ANON, and will return an error if you try to 
use it.  I tried going with the "Sun style" code, but we don't have 
/dev/zero.  Being not terribly bright WRT mmap(), I don't really know 
what the correct thing to do here is, so I think I'm SOL on the 
scoreboard for now.
