hmmm... Looks like the start of the 1.3 tree was around 6/6/97 with the
original NT stuff being around 6/15/97... So we're talking about 12 months.
The number of patches may be better mentioned as hundreds and code
contributors as maybe dozens ??

Maybe we'll just drop the bug reports :)
