Subject [PATCH] minor html fixup for testing's benefit

I've been attempting to redirect my inhouse automated testing at the pending
1.3.0.  At one point this testing does:
  lwp-rget -depth=100 -limit=300 -quiet -prefix=$URL $URL


[Thu Jun  4 12:02:55 1998] [error] File does not exist:

The page in question doesn't bother Netscape, so arguably this is the lwp's
fault but it can be resolved with this patch.  Possibly this was the result of
some automated line length mechinism.
