The bug is that mod_autoindex doesn't lowercase the mime type used to
compare with.  For example:

	if (content_type && !ap_strcmp_match(content_type, p->apply_to))
	    return p->data;

apply_to isn't lowercased at config time.  But content_type is.
Similarly for content_encoding.
