I'd rather like to know if there are other SVR4 systems which do NOT
like USE_SYSVSEM_SERIALIZED_ACCEPT. My guess is that they would accept
it as a default. I've tuned ReliantUNIX to use SYSV semaphores because
tests showed that USE_SYSVSEM_SERIALIZED_ACCEPT was faster than
USE_FCNTL_SERIALIZED_ACCEPT.
