This is new as of the upgrade to FreeBSD 2.2.6, but the feedback from the FreeBSD folks was that even though this was a new behavior, this was a bug in the CVSROOT scripts that was simply unmasked by the newer version of CVS now running. Whatever. Anyways if someone could help me track it down I'd appreciate it. Thanks.
