Subject please be careful with docs changes

Please be careful with docs changes to refer to what version things became
possible, eg. 1.2, 1.3, etc.  It doesn't take that much effort and is very
useful.

As an example, PR2086:

   The AuthGroupFile directive sets the name of a textual file containing
   the list of user groups for user authentication. Filename is the path
   to the group file. If it is not absolute (i.e., if it doesn't begin
   with a slash), it is treated as relative to the ServerRoot.
   
No, having people use seperate 1.2 and 1.3 docs online is not the answer.
