Subject [PATCH] Bottom Up.

It's is pure and noble to compile systems bottom up.  It
enables subsystems to link unit tests and utility
executables as the system build proceeds.  For example my
module has an executable that multiplexs the stream of
requests into my 20meg "middlewear" monster.  This
muliplexing process wants to link against stuff in 
libmain.a and stuff in regex.
