Probably more trouble than it's worth... we'd have to do another 1.3b6 for
Unix too, I think, just to keep everything straight, and since 1.3b6 is
publicly viewable through /httpd/dist, we would have to do a 1.3b7 anyways.
 I'd say it's fine as-is - still announce 1.3b6 Monday, and put Paul's NT
build in the public place.

I'm glad someone is stepping up to the plate on NT issues.
