Sigh.  I've gone over this with Charlie Babcock at least twice now.  It's
"head cheerleader", not "lead author".  Sheesh.

I guess they presume it's obvious by now :).

As for the "it is multithreaded on NT" point - absolutely right, and I did
tell that to Charlie, but it seemed it was just barely enough that he could
grasp multiprocessing vs. multithreading so perhaps I wasn't loud enough
about it.  

And I'm disappointed he didn't use my analogy of multiprocess server models
being like "a hive full of bees", whereas a multithreaded server is like
"one very very capable queen bee".  Okay, so it's not the best analogy,
particularly when you try to get fancy and say "there's a way to limit the
total number of bees alive at any one time so you don't get some bees stuck
in the honey because of overcrowding"... sigh.
