Well, I have a system running Slackware 2.2.0  (Linux 1.2.8) and it
has the dlfcn.h file in   /usr/include    this is an a.out system.

-rw-r--r--   1 root     root          514 Oct 25  1994 /usr/include/dlfcn.h

Yes, it is an OLD file ---------------------------^^^^
