Yes. But SVR4 has a lot more "features" than stupid braindead SYSV.
And gettimeofday() is there, they only decided to omit the time zone
pointer because time zones are handled differently (in fact, they are
handled by 3 different methods, each of which was supposed to be
compatible with something... And it _almost_ was. =8-)
