I think that's the point. The proxy right now is just doing
TCP/IP proxying, that is completely unrelated to crypto, even if
it is limited to port 443. And anyway, I think I am missing
something important in this argument, 'cause I don't understand a
hell: so Netscape, Microsoft etc. can export whatever products
they like, even if they are made with real encryption, and Apache
can't distribute a TCP/IP proxy???? That sounds too weird to me
to be real.
