Hmm. It shouldn't. I mean, last I checked, VC++ will scream and complain
if you do this. It could be that no one's compiled the server under
Windows recently...

However, add_module and add_named_module, the two I mentioned, have an
API_EXPORT both in their header file, http_config.h, and when they are
declared in http_config.c.
