We need to do that.  Not only that, but people upgrading will get screwed,
plus we need a verbose log message telling them what to do to enable it.

But I like the idea of allowing this to be configured.  I'm not sure if it
is worth the technical risk of having defaults of 443 and 563 included or
not.
