It isn't just his system that has problems.  "fix it!"  "well, tell me
this and that"  "no, just fix it!  I know better so do what I say"  "I'm
sorry, you have to show me x, y, z" "oh, get lost Netscape is better
because I don't have to fight with morons like you to use it"
