Here's my thoughts on the matter as well... IMO 1.3 will be out for
quite awhile before 2.0 is. In fact, we won't see anything even remotely
runnable from 2.0 until later this year I'm thinking. 1.3 will be
out there for awhile, and most add-ons will be using 1.3.

Maybe we should take some time, and clean-up the 1.3 API: a formal
description, consistant and logical naming, etc... This may be too
much for 1.3.0, but might be a good idea for 1.3.1.
