Yeah, I think Win32 stuff would really need more help from NT-hackers to be
made completely stable for 1.3.0. And we haven't that man-power. So, I think
we should push out 1.3b6 at the end of the next week and then follow what Roy
suggested: Mark Apache 1.3.0 as stable under Unix and beta under NT. Or we
would end in 1.3b99 and even have no 100% stable Win32 stuff...  So, +1 for
the 6th April as the proposed release date for 1.3b6.
