This is a valid config?  gah!  Ok well I'll work on it.  At least you're
only complaining about new bugs... I'm mostly concerned that folks are
happy with the approach.  In fact it's pretty easy to fix this one -- I
just need to do a request_matches_vhost() in proxy_trans().
