I didn't vote because at the time I didn't understand the protocol issues
involved... and I still haven't had a chance to review the protocol on
this one.

Oh yeah... are we happy with the current situation of wacked byte-ranges? 
That's another case where I hadn't reread rfc2068 so I wasn't sure what
was right or wrong.

Both should be addressed in 1.2.6 probably.
