because, it tell people that you took the time to look over the code
and that it looks fine, but that you lack the resources to see
if it fully corrects the situation. Sooooo although it looks fine,
and another set of eyes have checked it out, it has been untested.

Everyone likes to have other eyes look over their code, because
they are aware that they aren't perfect and they might miss something.
