I have a slight problem with Apache 1.3b3 running on
NT 4.0 as proxy server. When I am accessing my server
as a proxy I get a 403 Forbidden. With the same configuration
files apache 1.2.x worked fine. I don't have any proxy entries
in access.conf (do I need some ?). My error_log says:

[Fri Dec 05 14:00:46 1997] [crit] (22)Invalid argument:
e:/apache/proxy:http:/.htaccess pcfg_openfile: unable to check htaccess file,
ensure it is readable

Below are my spare config files.

Any idea ?

Thanks in advance, -- eckhard.
