It's known to me, at least.  rfc1413.c should be getting nuked and
replaced with mod_auth_ident.c as soon as I finish it, along
with moving the IdentityCheck directive out of the core.  This is
why I wanted to pursue per-connexion module config lists but was
shouted down.  Timetable is unknown; probably not until 2.0 -
unless we do a 1.4.. <g>
