Well, to be fair to MS (why bother, though, they are never fair to anyone 
else!), their
product is "Internet Information Server" which serves more than just HTTP.

It doesn't get any better. On the other hand, take it as a backward 
complement. MS
finds Apache enough of a threat to attack it. And they do so in their 
usual evan-handed,
fair and respectful way.
