Subject: Clean proxy compile and mod_mime.c

Hmm, just tried to quickly hack a proxy together. Naive as
I was I just deleted all modules, except for the proxy
module. As we all know... Ahem, mod_proxy needs/uses mime_find_ct()
in proxy_ftp.

Hmm.. so would anyone mind if I move mod_mime.c into the
modules/standard directory, and rename it http_mime ? or
do something by moving the mime_find_ct() to somewhere ?

I just love webservices which give me nice short lists
and still do the cool thing:

	dirkx.cils:proxy $/usr/local/sbin/proxy -l
	Compiled-in modules:
 	  http_core.c
	  mod_proxy.c
	  mod_mime.c
	dirkx.cils:proxy $

Dw.
