Subject general/1404: doesnt build due to BSD file name length restrictions (fwd)

I don't beleive it.  I just don't.  They can't be that dumb.
mod_negotiation.o has been there since... since... 1.1.1.  Oh.  It wasn't
in a library before.  Damn.

This is due to the file names being too long.
