How about this... We keep Friday (today) as a final pre-beta day.
We try to close up all loose ends and make sure we aren't missing
anything. If that's OK, then late Friday night (or early Sat
morning [I'm seeing 'Bean' tonight ;)]) I'll create the 1.3b3
tree but not roll anything. We can then coordinate the UNIX and
the Win32 stuff and roll/release/announce 1.3b3 either Sunday or
