    No, please. -0.75.  I do not want to see the 1.3 betas slipping.
    The 14/11 date was proposed on the 6th, three people have +1ed it,
    and no-one has demurred until now, on the very eve.  Can we please
    just roll & ship 1.3b3 and immediately check this into 1.3b4-dev?

    I'm really concerned about slipping betas for "just one more fix."
    Many of us wanted to see this sucker on the streets as 1.3.0 by now,
    and it's disconcerting that we only have one beta out so far - and
    that almost a month ago.  We've put a *lot* of stuff into 1.3b3-dev;
    I request that we send it out now.  Let's get this stuff out where
    it can be tested by a wider audience while we continue with as-yet
    unfixed bugs.

    I think we may not be more than two or three betas away from
    1.3.0; this cycle has felt really good.
