Well, you are, but in a good way ;-)  Martin, your patch rocks!
mod_perl's <Perl> sections can now feed strings of config to the
apache config gears, nice and clean.  However, MODULE_MAGIC_NUMBER was
not bumped.  Could you do that with your next flurry of patches?
Otherwise, I'll do it later.
