I can't get apache (v1.3b2 Win32) to serve
more than 16k bytes of a file. I have tried
excel, zip and exe files. When I telnet into
the server and issue a HEAD command, the content
length is correct, but when I send a GET, I only
get 9k or so. Nothing shows up in the error log,
and the access log looks normal.

My config files are nearly identical to the dist-win
files that shipped with the download.

This is occuring on MSIE 3.0, Netscape 3.x & 4.x.

Anybody have a clue?

Thanks.
Kit McCormick
